13-Week Travel Contract
Start Date: 07/13/2026
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed: 35 Hours/Week

Requirements:
• Active PT License
• SNF/Rehab experience preferred
• BLS Certification

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-25373. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
