Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, SNF, LTC, Home Health &amp; Assisted Living
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Saturday availability required)
Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours/Week

Requirements:
• Active Hawaii OT License (or ability to obtain ASAP)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Cerner EMR Experience Preferred
