Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – HIRING!

Job Details:
• Weekly Gross: $1,660.00
• Location: Roseburg, OR
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Start Date: 07/26/2026

Requirements:
• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
• SNF/LTC Experience Preferred
Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-28347. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
