Requirements:
Active Occupational Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-31550. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
