Job Details:
• Weekly Gross: $2,088.00 (Based on 40 Hrs)
• Location: San jose, CA
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
• Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
• Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:
• Active COTA License
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification

Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-33252. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
