Job Details:
• Weekly Gross: $1,640 (Based on 40 Hrs)
• Location: Yuma, AZ
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Requirements:
• Active PTA License
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification

Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-35645. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
