• Weekly Gross: $2,820.00/wk (Based on 40 hrs schedule / Negotiable / Local & Travel accepted) 💰
• Location: Mount Angel, OR 🌲
• Shift: Mon – Fri (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM)
• GuaranteedHours: 40 Hrs/Week ⏱️
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• Setting: Home Health (Northern Territory: Mt. Angel, Woodburn, Aurora, Molalla, Gervais, Silverton) 🚗
Requirements:
• Active OR PT License (or Compact in hand) 📜
• Current BLS (AHA) Certification ❤️
• 1+ Year Skilled Home Health Experience required (OASIS & Epic proficiency required)
• Full COVID-19 Vaccination (Primary series + 1 Booster) required
• Personal vehicle required (IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided)

Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-36598. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
