Job Details:
• Weekly Gross: $2,754.00/wk (Based on 40 hrs schedule / Negotiable)
• Location: St. Albans, VT
• Shift: Days (Mon – Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Scheduled Hours: 40 Hrs/Week (37 Hrs Guaranteed)
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Tentative Start Date: 10/26/2026
• Setting: Home Health
• Perks: Mileage Reimbursement included ($0.625/mile)
Requirements:
• Active VT PT License
• Minimum 2 Years of Physical Therapy Experience
• Home Health & OASIS experience preferred
• Current BLS(AHA) Certification
