Job Details:
• Weekly Gross: $2,490.00/wk (Based on 40 hrs schedule / Negotiable)
• Location: Corvallis, OR
• Shift: Days (07:00 AM – 05:30 PM | Every Weekend Required)
• Scheduled Hours: 40 Hrs/Week Guaranteed
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Inpatient / Acute Care (Level 2 Trauma Center)

Requirements:
• Active OR Occupational Therapist License
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)

Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-41698. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
