• Weekly Gross: $3,000.00/wk (Based on 40 hrs schedule / Negotiable)
• Location: Kodiak, AK 
• Shift: Days (5x8s | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM | No Weekends)
• Scheduled Hours: 40 Hrs/Week (35Hrs Guaranteed / week)
• Contract Length: 26 Weeks
• Start Date: 11/02/2026 (or ASAP)
• Setting: Outpatient / Mixed Coverage (Outpatient, Acute Care, SNF)

Requirements:
• Active AK PT License 
• Minimum 1 Year of PT Experience (First-time travelers accepted!)
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)
• Epic EMR experience required
