• Weekly Gross: $2,052.00/wk (Based on 40 hrs schedule / Negotiable)
• Location: Durant, OK
• Shift: Days (Mon – Fri)
• Scheduled Hours: 40 Hrs/Week (36 Hrs Guaranteed)
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• Setting: Outpatient

Requirements:
• Active OK PT License
• Current BLS(AHA) Certification
• Outpatient experience preferred (New grads & first-time travelers accepted!)
