Description

Manager of Emergency Services

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Emergency Services to fill an opening with a hospital in Panama City, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for the Manager of Emergency Services: 
  • Maintains top-notch, patient-focused care by supervising the daily operations and staffing of the unit/department
  • Assess and review nursing services to ensure compliance with set guidelines, while also enforcing accountability among staff for achieving quality care and clinical goals aligned with facility objectives
  • Shift: Days

Required Qualifications for Manager of Emergency Services:
  • RN or APRN license in Florida
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
  • ACLS within 60 days of employment start date
  • BCLS within 30 days of employment start date
  • PALS obtained within 60 days of employment start date
Preferred Qualifications for Manager of Emergency Services:
  • BSN
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay Details:
  • $85K – 110K/year (Depending on years of relevant experience)
