Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech (Radiology / Cardiology) - Travel/Contract
Location: Chesapeake, Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday-Friday, every other weekend
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days x 8 hours)
Job Description Highlights
- Work in Radiology/Cardiology with Fluoroscopy and Operating Room (OR) experience required.
- Must have experience with Epic electronic health record system.
- Position requires evening shift coverage with every other weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Virginia
- Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
- Fluoroscopy experience
- Operating Room (OR) experience
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- Tech Cert Verification - National
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
- Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Certification (Miscellaneous)
- Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
