Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Acute Care
Location: Tyler, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
- Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years preferred
- Prior Travel Experience: Preferred but not required
- Charting System: Epic
Required Licenses and Certifications
- Texas State Physical Therapist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Requirements
- Completion of unit-specific skills checklist annually
- Work history verification for the past 7 years
- Completion of employment application/resume
- Compliance with facility-specific safety and orientation protocols
- Photo for badge identification
Notes
- Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates residing in certain Texas counties are not eligible for this travel contract
- Orientation and training may be required prior to start
- Compliance with all health and safety documentation is mandatory for clearance and continued employment
