Job Description
- Position: RN/Cath Lab
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year
- First-timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- On-call Requirement: Yes, rotating (1 night/week, every 2-4 weekends)
- Floating: Yes, within service line
- Local Candidates: Not accepted (must live at least 75 miles from the facility)
- Pending License: Accepted
- RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Special Requirements
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Interventional scrub experience
- Patient Diagnoses:
- AMI, Chest pain, Heart failure, NSTEMI, Aortic Stenosis, V-Tach, Endocarditis, Afib, Peripheral vascular disease, Sick sinus syndrome
- Special Procedures/Unit Details:
- RN Circulator needed for diagnostic and interventional PCI environment
- Responsibilities include providing conscious sedation, handing off sterile supplies, assessing vitals, and documenting in EPIC
- Likely to cross-train to run hemodynamics in the monitor tech role

- Required Certifications:
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, and others as applicable.

- TB Questionnaire, Flu Vaccination, Fit Mask, and others as specified.
- Background Check: Required within 6 months of start, including statewide and national searches.
References
- Professional References: Two required, preferably from supervisors within the last year.
