Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location: Arlington, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Unit and Work Environment

Documentation system used: Meditech
Floating policy: As needed
Call requirements and weekend shifts to be discussed during the interview
Dress code:
- Scrubs required (specific color not stated)
- Nails must be clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, or similar enhancements
- Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab
- Facial hair (beards, mustaches, sideburns) must be clean and neatly trimmed
- Tattoos should be covered whenever possible; uncovered body art addressed individually
- Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited (e.g., nose rings, tongue rings)

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Texas
Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC
Demonstrate competence as a Respiratory Therapist through an exam or knowledge of hazardous drug risk according to USP 800 standards
