Travel RN - Telemetry Unit

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Unit: Neuro Medical (Unit 63110)
Number of Beds: 36
Staff: 70 total
Day Shift: 7 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs, 1 Unit Clerk
Night Shift: 7 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs
Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6 (estimated, not guaranteed)
Equipment: Kangaroo Pumps
EMR System: Meditech

Job Requirements

Valid RN license in Kansas
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Typical Procedures Performed

Medication drips
Bubble studies
EEG

The unit is competitive and values candidates with the required certifications and experience.
