Description

Registered Nurse (Labor & Delivery) - Travel Position

Location: Missoula, Montana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
Hours per Week: 36


Job Summary

Seeking a Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at a Joint Commission Accredited teaching hospital with a Level 3 NICU and an Accredited Chest Pain Center. The role involves working in Surgical Services within the L&D department.


Unit Information

  • Patient Ratios: Varying between 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1
  • Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana
  • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
  • Post Partum experience
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Certifications required:
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses)
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Experience & Skills

  • Must have experience in Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum care
