Travel RN Opportunity - Med/Surg/Ortho
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel
Unit Information
- Unit: Medical Center of Aurora (Unit 632)
- Number of Beds: 345
- Staff: Float pool of about 80
- Shifts:
- Day Shift: RNs and CNAs on most units
- Night Shift: RNs and CNAs on most units
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:5 (varies by unit and shift)
- Equipment: Various
- EMR System: Meditech
Job Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Required Licenses: Registered Nurse License
- Required Years of Experience: 2 years in specialty
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
Skills and Experience
- Must Have:
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Preferred:
- Strong telemetry experience (minimum 2 years)
