Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab (Days)
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours.
- Required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units (campuses are minutes apart).
- Must work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed.
- Orientation dates available in late July and August.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.
- Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply.
- Additional pay for on-call, charge, and precepting duties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience with a minimum of 2 years, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid Driver's License
