Medical Surgical Nurse

19:00–07:00
36 hours per week
Half of scheduled shifts on weekends

Unit Overview

Medical-surgical unit with telemetry capabilities
19 rooms
Patient population includes young adults through geriatrics
Typical patient ratio: 1:6

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

Travel experience is preferred
Candidates residing in certain nearby counties are not eligible for this assignment
