Description
Respiratory Therapist (Temp, Nights)
Location: Mount Clemens, Michigan
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours per Day: 12
Job Description
- Provide respiratory care services for patients requiring emergency care, intensive care, therapeutic treatment, invasive and non-invasive monitoring, diagnostic testing, and patient education for pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders.
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Michigan.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Comfortable managing ventilators.
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel experience preferred (not required).
- Candidates with Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials will be considered.
Additional Information
- Dress code: Black scrubs.
- Initial shift length: 12 hours.
