Travel RN - Emergency Department

Overview

Location: Georgetown, Texas
Employment type: Travel
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
On-call: None
Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
TNCC
CPI
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Emergency department with 23 beds
Typical patient ratio: 4:1
Common procedures include cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation
Navy blue scrubs required

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of emergency department experience
ENPC preferred over PALS

Work Environment

Team-oriented, flexible, positive, and upbeat staff culture
Self-scheduling available
No permanent positions on the unit available
