Job Overview

Specialty: Surgical Services
Location: Santa Rosa, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 6:45 AM–2:45 PM
Schedule notes: May need to cover one night shift during the contract; weekends required, 3 per schedule
On-call: One weeknight per week and every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM, with a 20-minute response time
First-time travelers: Accepted
Local candidates: Not accepted
Block scheduling: Not available
Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
Experience in an outpatient setting
Orthopedic Technologist experience
Vascular Technologist experience

Preferred Experience

Inpatient experience
Trauma experience

Facility Details

Short-term acute care hospital
80 staffed beds

All requested time off must be included at submission
