Cath Lab RN Travel/Contract Job

Overview

Location: Mansfield, Texas
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
On-call: Required, including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic
Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)

Additional Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
E-Verify or attestation required
Background check required within 30 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM check required within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG check required within 30 days of start
Physical exam within 12 months of start
Fit test completed onsite during orientation and updated annually
Tdap required
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
Hepatitis B documentation or declination required
Varicella immunity documentation required
Measles immunity documentation required
Mumps immunity documentation required
Rubella immunity documentation required
10-panel drug test within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
2 professional references within 3 years of hire required
Photo for badge required
Job description must be signed prior to start
Non-employee internet access form required prior to start
NESF form required prior to start
Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing required
Medication/pharmacology competency exam required
Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required
Hepatitis B declination form required if applicable
Medical or religious exemption forms required if requesting vaccine exemptions
