Labor and Delivery RN
Location
- Columbus, Ohio
Schedule
- Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Assignment Details
- 13-week contract
- May float to another site within the health system if needed
- Agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may be reassigned or down staffed based on operational need
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Onboarding / Compliance
- Fit test
- 2-step PPD or IGRA
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Physical/health statement within the past year
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- License/certification verification
- Confidentiality agreement
- Code of conduct form
- I-9
- Conflict of interest disclosure form
- Integrity and audit services form
- EPLS check
- GSA/OIG check
- NSO check
