Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS
- AWHONN
- BLS
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Preferred Experience
- Prior Meditech experience
- Postpartum experience
Unit Details
- Labor & Delivery unit with 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs
- Typical procedures include versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs
Work Environment
- Patient ratios: 1:1 to 1:2 for Labor & Delivery; 3:1 for postpartum
- Qualities valued: adaptable, flexible, consistent, and low-drama
