Speech Language Pathologist

Job Overview

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Saint Cloud, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Setting: Acute care hospital
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8-hour shifts
Hours: 8:00–16:30
Weekend Requirement: Every 5th weekend, both Saturday and Sunday
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Candidates: Not accepted if living within 25 miles of the facility

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Acute care experience
Bedside swallow evaluations and treatments experience

Preferred Qualifications

Video fluoroscopy swallow evaluation experience

Additional Notes

Floating within scope may be required based on facility needs
On-call requirement is to be determined by the unit
Block scheduling is to be determined by the unit
Finalized requested time off must be included with submission
No time off is allowed within the first week of the start date
No more than 10 days of requested time off per assignment
Guaranteed hours are contracted hours
