Pathologists Assistant

Job Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Pathologists' Assistant (1 year of experience)
  • Pathologists' Assistant experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

  • Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
  • E-Verify or attestation
  • Background check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
  • HHS/OIG screening
  • State license verification
  • Photo for badge
  • Hepatitis B declination form, if applicable
  • NESF form
  • Job description acknowledgment
  • Non-employee internet access form
  • Physical exam within 12 months of start
  • Fit test during orientation
  • Tdap
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
  • TB questionnaire
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella immunity documentation
  • Hepatitis B immunity documentation or declination
  • Drug test within 30 days of start
