Required Qualifications

Pathologists' Assistant (1 year of experience)
Pathologists' Assistant experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID or passport

EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
HHS/OIG screening
State license verification

Hepatitis B declination form, if applicable
NESF form
Job description acknowledgment
