Job Overview

Specialty: Surgical Services
Location: Florence, South Carolina
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift options: 4x10 days, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 5x8 days, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
On-call required: 3 call shifts per week, with weekend call every other weekend
Weekend work required
Floating between service lines required
First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with 1 year of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NBSTSA
Vascular surgery experience
Thoracic surgery experience
Open heart surgery experience
Endovascular surgery experience

Preferred Experience

General surgery robotics
Urology robotics
GYN robotics
Neurosurgery
Orthopedics/spine, including total joints

Work Environment

13 operating rooms
Community facility
276 staffed beds
Scrubs provided

Additional Notes

Local travelers are not accepted within a 60-mile radius
All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Epic is the preferred charting system
Hurricane season assignments may include emergency response duties
