Job Overview

Schedule and Work Expectations

• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• On-call requirement: At least 2 shifts every 6 weeks
• Floating: May float to other units within the Midlands Division
• Patient ratio: 1:2, with occasional 1:3
• Bed count: 10

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: CCRN

Additional Notes

• Local candidates: Accepted on a case-by-case basis
• Block scheduling: May be requested before assignment, but is not guaranteed
• RTO: Must be submitted at time of application and is subject to facility needs
• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Scrub color: Royal Blue

• Seasonal consideration: Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)
