Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• CVOR Technologist with 1 year of experience
• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
• NBSTSA certification
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• State license verification required
• Drivers license or state ID required
• Unit-specific skills checklist within the last year
• 2 supervisory references from an employer worked for in the past 3 years
• 7-year work history with no gaps over 30 days without explanation

Additional Hiring Requirements

• Background check required within 45 days of start and updated annually
• Drug screening required within 45 days of start
• Color blind testing required within 12 months prior to start
• Physical exam required within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire required
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for applicable start dates
• MMR documentation required
• Hepatitis B documentation required
• Varicella documentation required
• References and application materials must be complete before submission

Schedule Considerations

• Time off during listed holidays or holiday weeks will not be accommodated
• Holiday requests may be discussed with the manager after arrival onsite

Work Setting Notes

• Local candidates within 75 miles are paid differently than travelers
• Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify as non-local
