Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Job - Greensboro, North Carolina

Job Details

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW), holidays as needed
Float: Required to float across all facilities as needed
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Patient Population & Unit

Primarily Medical-Surgical patients
Includes observation patients, respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative/end-of-life/hospice care, psychiatric observation, diabetes (new and complicated), surgical and surgical observation patients
Unit is telemetry capable (MS/Tele) due to EKG requirement

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience
Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
