Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
MMR documentation
Varicella documentation
Hepatitis B series or declination
Tdap documentation
2-step PPD or IGRA/TB testing
Fit test completed on site
Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
Trinity 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
