Operating Room Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours, 18:30–7:00
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule requirements: Holiday, weekend, and call coverage required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
3 years of surgical technologist experience
Complex orthopedic/orthopedic spine experience
Complex general surgery experience, including bariatric surgery
Neurosurgery experience
Orthopedic Surgery experience
Orthopedic Neurology experience

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel experience preferred
Experience with ENT, GU, plastics, and burns
Epic familiarity preferred

Additional Notes

Parking is available through multiple permit options, including a medical center garage permit and lower-cost alternatives with shuttle access
