Description
Respiratory Therapist
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Atlanta, Georgia
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Pediatric hospital setting
- Must be willing to float to a sister facility, the ED, and the ICU
- Holidays required
- Minimal to no requested time off
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia
- Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate degree or diploma in a respiratory therapy program
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Mechanical ventilation experience (intermediate/advanced level)
- Triage experience
- Level I Trauma experience
- Experience with V-60 ventilators
- Experience with Servo-i ventilators
- Experience with Drager ventilators
- Experience with Hamilton T-1 ventilators
- Experience with Vapotherm devices
- Experience with Optiflow devices
- Experience with Epic
