Job Details
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours

Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- High school transcript or diploma
- Unit-specific skills checklist
- Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
- Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
- Negative 2-step PPD or Quantiferon Gold TB test/T-Spot within 6 months of start, or chest x-ray if there is a past positive TB result
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/documentation as specified in the source
- Background check prior to start
- FBI and BCI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
- Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
- Online training modules completed before start
- I-9/E-Verify attestation
- HIPAA/orientation safety manual acknowledgement
