Overview

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment type: Travel
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Hours per week: 36

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Orthopedics experience
Med Surg experience
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year

Preferred Experience

Orthopedic/spine experience

Unit Details

36 beds
Typical patient ratio: 5:1 for RNs
Common procedures include total joints and spine surgery
Equipment includes immobilizers, braces, and cold treatment

Work Environment

Day shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 techs, and 1 secretary
Night shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, and 1-2 techs
