Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Infusion experience within the last year
1 year of infusion experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Ambulatory Care experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

IV therapy experience
PICC and midline proficiency
Chemotherapy experience
Current outpatient infusion experience

Preferred Certifications

Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification
Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy-Immunotherapy certification
