Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Wichita Falls, Texas
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Hours: 36 per week
Schedule note: May float between medical-surgical units
Contract length: 13 weeks
Scheduling note: 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg experience within the last year
2 years of Med Surg experience
Travel experience required

Required Certifications

ACLS
BLS
PALS

Additional Requirements

Epic experience is strongly preferred
All requested time off must be included at submission or before accepting the offer
2 references within the last 3 years

Drug screening
Physical exam
TB screening
Immunization/documentation requirements for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, flu, and COVID
