ICU Registered Nurse
Location
- Tulsa, Oklahoma
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- Nights
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Unit Details
- Critical care float assignment
- 33-bed ICU
- Floating required, with first-to-float to telemetry floors
- Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity; telemetry floating ratio is 1:5
- No monitor techs; nurses are responsible for EKG monitoring and interpretation
- One nurse aide is available on day shift and one on night shift
- Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per month
- Holidays as needed
- Scrub color: black
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float (3 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Telemetry experience

- MediTech experience
Patient Population / Clinical Focus

- GI bleeds

- CVA with TPA
