Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Maryland
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Required Certifications

Color blind exam
Competency exam
Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
Tdap within the last 10 years
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
Flu vaccination/documentation during flu season
Eye exam within 6 months of start, repeated annually
Drug screen within 30 days of start
Government-issued photo ID
E-Verify proof or attestation

Additional Compliance Notes

Background check required, including a 7-year criminal check and international searches
Fingerprinting is required for behavioral health placements in Maryland
