Overview

• Location: Del Norte, Colorado
• Employment type: Travel/Contract

• Minimum experience: 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience
• First-time travelers: Accepted
• Patient ratio: 1:6
• Call requirement: 2 days per month

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Experience

• Recent experience in MS/Tele, Cardiac Tele, or Tele

Additional Requirements

• Unexpired government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• National certification/verification as applicable by profession and state
• State license verification
• NURSYS verification
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Competency exam
• Colorado CAPS release authorization
• Nursing daily expectations acknowledgment
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire if applicable
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation
• Drug screen within the last 12 months
• Flu vaccination/documentation during flu season
