Job Overview
- Location: Thornton, Colorado

- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Experience
- Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience
- Experience with Eat Sleep Console for babies with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome
- Admissions and initial stabilization experience in the delivery room
Unit Details
- NICU with 6 beds
- Typical patient ratios: 3:1 for feeder-growers; 1:1 for vented babies
- Core staffing includes NICU RNs and an NNP on site 24/7, with neonatologists on call 24/7
- Common procedures include assistance with umbilical line placement, intubation, lumbar puncture, and circumcision support
