Schedule

• Day shift, 3x12 hours
• 36 hours per week

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• C-section experience
• Circulating experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrub experience

Work Expectations

• Floating within the site and across the system is required
• Completion of assigned education within 1 week of assignment is required
• Refusal to float as requested may result in cancellation of the contract

Schedule Notes

• Orientation starts as soon as possible, with any Wednesday available
• Weekends: every 3rd
• Holidays: Labor Day and Thanksgiving, TBD

Compliance and Onboarding

• Criminal background check required
• 2 professional references required
• Physical exam within 1 year before start
• Tdap within 10 years before start, or signed declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year before start
• TB questionnaire required annually
• Immunity or documentation required for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
• Negative drug screen within 12 months before start
• Flu vaccine or signed declination required during flu season
• COVID vaccination documentation or declination required
• Respirator clearance required annually
• Facility policies and procedures must be reviewed before start
• Floating acknowledgement must be signed before start
