Interventional Radiology

Job Overview

Location: Charlottesville, Virginia
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours per week: 40
Contract length: 13 weeks
Call: 1–2 call shifts per week and 1 call weekend per month
Radius rule: 50-mile radius

Role Focus

This is a tech role, not a nurse
Neuro experience is needed

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Virginia
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARRT certification
Neuro experience

Additional Notes

Government-issued photo ID is required
2 clinical references are required
A 10-panel drug screen is required, including marijuana and fentanyl
Flu vaccination/documentation is required for the 2025–26 season
TB screening, physical exam, and standard immunization/documentation requirements apply before start
