Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse

Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Bristol, Tennessee
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
Schedule options available: 36/36, 36/48, or 48/48
Every other weekend
No call
Floating to other units when needed
Travelers do not administer chemo
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Previous charge experience
First-time travelers accepted

Additional Notes

16 hours of nonbillable orientation
General orientation begins on Sundays
One shift may be canceled or called off biweekly without financial penalty if census decreases
Additional shifts may be flexed as needed for census or resource changes without penalty
Participation in nursing student support and clinical education is expected
Background check, education verification, drug screen, immunization/titer documentation, fit testing, and other onboarding requirements apply
