Respiratory Care Practitioner

Location

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Contract

13 weeks
48 hours per week guaranteed

Role Summary

Provides respiratory therapy services under general supervision for patients across appropriate age levels
Administers prescribed therapeutic treatments
Performs invasive and noninvasive diagnostic testing and monitoring
Supports cardiac and respiratory arrest response
Maintains respiratory equipment and records
Uses computerized medical records to document treatment information and patient response

Required Qualifications

Valid Pediatric Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma
Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
1 year of Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience
Respiratory Care Practitioner experience

Preferred Experience

Two years of respiratory care experience in a critical care setting
Previous work in a children’s-only hospital

Additional Notes

Some computer skills are needed
