Infusion Registered Nurse

Overview

Location: Lansing, Michigan
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)
Schedule notes: No nights, floating, or on-call shifts; every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Infusion experience within the last year
1 year of infusion experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ONS/ONCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Beacon experience

Additional Requirements

Background screening
Education verification
Physical exam within 12 months of start
N95 fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually
Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 2 months of start
Immunity or documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination or declination, depending on start date
Signed orientation and facility-specific documents before start
OSHA respirator form before start
References must be from previous employers
