Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Driver's License

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility
RTO edits will not be accepted after an offer is made
Orientation is bi-weekly
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
Submission packet must include the required coversheet and driver’s license
